Where is the flasher relay? Is there 1 relay for both turn and hazard? How do you get to it? I want to use LED bulbs and need to install an electronic flasher.

Anyone know the answer to this? It seems its behind the instrument panel somewhere but couldn't locate it.

On my Ford Focus, the turn-signal electronics were integrated into the hazard switch. It is an electronic flasher already. If installing an aftermarket unit, best to intercept the wires coming out of the steering column and run right into the new relay.

You can buy resistors to wire in near the bulbs you replace to achieve the same effect with much less effort.
Simply bridge the (major) power and ground.

Cost about $5 each.

There is no seperate Flasher Relay. It is built into the Smart Junction Box (interior fuse box). I would look into what seawolf suggested.
