I finally got my reflash on my 4 banger, it feels a little different on the accelaration, more power. And got that air leak coming in from the driver side door taken care off, also.

Curious, did it make the throttle action feel quicker? Mine is ok but sometimes feel a slight lag. Thanks for any info on this!

The throttle feels alot better. Mines used to lag when i used to accelarate from a complete stop. Now it has that little kick in when i take off. There use to be that two second lag on accelaration now is gone.

It was built in February 2006. Mines is a automatic trans.

Thanks, Chris06Fusion, it took me about 4 dealers and finally the last dealer notice what i was talking about. The first three dealers are in my sh*t list.

Yea, most of my dealers are not that great either. It seem to me that they have a quota they have to met for the most repairs "not done"

I was going to ask if it applied to just auto cars (it does) and then did a search that turned up this description:

TSB Number: 06-16-8
"Title: Engine Controls - Low Idle Speed and or Delayed Auto Trans Shift"

How did they fix the wind leak on the driver side door (new rubber seal??). I have one on driver's side when I go over 55mph. Sounds like air right next to my ear. Thanks for the help. I know from experience if I can point the service department in the right direction they can fix it first time.

Where is your noise coming in from. When does it occur (what speed), is it only one window? I am trying to see what type of problem it is. I have heard it around the top part of the B pillar (high corner of the driver side window).

I had a small air leak on the front passenger door (at the top towards the rear of the door). The fix - my dealer adjusted the door so it closed tighter - took him about a minute to do.

I never heard it. Only a passenger could hear it while sitting in the passenger seat. I'm told it was at all speeds.

Well finally got around to taking my I4 in for the TSB and they just called and said they did the reflash.
Cant wait to pick it up and see the difference!
