Does anyone know how to clean that film off the window behind the third brake light?....without removing the darn thing!

Anyone else getting a lot of fog like buildup of "film" on the inside of your windshield?
I was told years ago that this is the "curing" of all the plastic/vinyl of the new car parts that causes this......just don't remember getting this so much on the new ALTIMA I had.....I clean it and a couple weeks later the film is back...anyone else getting this as much??
