Styrofoam cup upside down on their desk, with water in it. Did that one a couple of weeks ago 
You can seal the water in the cup with a plastic bag on the top of the cup, flip the cup over and put on the desk, then pull the plastic bag out from under the cup and clean up the water spots with a paper towel. Both guys said "oh shit!" as they lifted up the cup in question. These guys are also from India, so I learned a few nice Hindu words to throw out in conversation every once in a while...gaandu, sali kutta, lundu choos, bhosad chod, etc. All in good fun.
