I have a 2012 Fusion SEL, factory non touch screen radio in my car. I have access to an entire parts car with factory navigation and touch screen that I would like to swap into my car. I don’t want an aftermarket unit, I like the look and feel of factory parts in my vehicle. Has anyone done this, how difficult is it, and what all does it entail for the swap?

Hi Ability. Unfortunately, the Ford Fusion Club has become extremely slow over the last few years, as you can see by the lack of recent posts. So not sure you will get an answer here.
I would recommend you try the Ford Fusion Forum here: https://www.fordfusionforum.com/

You can also try the Fusion Sports Forum here: https://www.fusionsportforums.com/forum/

The Ford Fusion Forum has some good tech members who are very helpful, including a few who used to be active here on the Ford Fusion Club. The Fusion Sports Forum is a bit more active and can also be very helpful, but sometimes comes with a dose of "my opinion is fact despite the facts" arguing and bickering.

Good luck.
