I have some apparent ground issues and need to clean all the ground points.to rule out bad connections. Can someone direct me to the location of the block ground?

I found the body ground on the driver's side shock tower and they didn't even remove the paint before screwing it down. After cleaning it helped but did not fix my problem.

Never resolved this. Can someone check the resistance between their shock tower ground connection and battery negative with and without the accessory on and let me know? Mine goes from nothing to 10 ohms or more just by turning the ignition on. I don't think it should change.
