so this means that I couldn't buy the a&m cold air for the 3.0liter duratec v6 for a mazda6 and use it on my fusion se v6 can I?

Pepboys sells a 16.99 dollar MAF adapter that fits our cars. I will be installing the Cone filter and maf combo tomorrow. I'm praying for no Lights.
