Hello, I retired from a company I had worked for with 24 years of service; was granted use of a Blue 2012 Ford Fusion in 2018, mi. 70k I think, any ways it now has 79k on it. I noticed in late 2018 the AC was flakey, and had it checked out by a dealer and auto repair shop; both said it was a compressor issue with a price difference of $1200. It started working again but has occasionally quit and blew hot air in summer time. Then I noticed on long trips my plug in GPS unit quit working. I removed the cig lighter and installed a Naval USB Panel I found online. It indicates on long trips a drop in voltage of 7 to 13 volts. Obviously not enough voltage to run devices nor charge them. I suspect the problem is in dash! I am not limber enough to get under there to check it out. Anyone else have this problem?
