I'm getting a plasticky buzzing sound when I accelerate that sounds like its behind the instrument panel. Anyone else have this? It's not very loud, but is beginning to anoy me.

This sound happen @ the same RPM, and in every gear?

3.0 V6, in every gear, at 1,500 - 2,500 rpm when your foot is on the gas, accelerating on level ground, or going uphill. If the car is coasting or cruising on level ground, I don't hear it.

The dash buzzing is pretty common on the V6 models. There is a TSB for it.

I have that buzzing too. Was starting to get on my nerves, but I just got over. Most of the time I have radio on so I don't even hear it.
