Buying Help!

So I am only days away from purchasing a Fusion to replace my recently totaled car.

I was wondering for some feedback on how I am doing price wise. Here it is..

2006 SEL V6
Heated Leather
Sunroof
Temp Control (Maybe standard?)
13k Miles
Mint interior

One place will do it for $17,500 + tax and such.

I have a family friend who works at a Ford place a few hours away that says he can find me that same car for $16 -$16,500.

Is $16ish a good deal?
