Hello guys.
I need some help here. I have a 06 Fusion. I am looking at a set of Boss Motorsports 327's. It's a Chrome 20x8.5 wheel. The tire they (Discount Tire) tell me to run is a 245-35-20. It's a Toyo Proxes 4 tire. My worry is that the 245-35-20 is right at 1 inch taller than my stock 205-60-16. They tell me this wheel and tire combo will work with no rubbing. As I look at my set up now it looks tight already. Any help or pics would be greatly appreciated.

Hello gblack, I have 20x8.5 off set 38 with tires 235/30/20 and I wish I would of gotten 245/30/20 because I still have a big gap even with the eibach 1.6 springs.

I think my rim is a 20x8.5 and I have 255/35/20 tires. No rubbing at all. They fit like a puzzle piece. My car sits on my wheels like I have lowered it. When I am on an uneven surface like my gravel driveway, they almost tuck into the fender. I am glad I can save that $200 for springs.

I have 20 inch rims on my car and have it lowered and still have no rubbing. I can turn the wheel all the way both directions with no rubbing at all. I run a 245/35/20 on my car. Couldn't be more pleased......

Just thought I should tell you but I had a pair of 22 inch chrome Boss rims on my 05 F150 and was not happy with the quality of the rims at all. The surfaces of the face of the rim were not smooth in places where they should have been and I could hardly ever keep them balanced. I also purchased them from Discount tire. Not to discourage you on your quest to buy a pair, but just make sure you look them over before they put them on your car and make sure your satisfied. I wish I would have.....

Aren't you selling these rims in another thread? Why?

The rims that I posted in this forum is 22"s and they are 6 lug. But for these rims that I have on my car now, I am selling them because they have small curb rash on one of them. So as soon as I sell these, I will buy me some Giovanna Caracas Rims with the same specs.
