I had the ford dealer work on airbag recall, when I got the car back my radio does not work properly. Called them and they said fuses or disconnecting the battery nothing helped. Would I appreciate if someone could help. TIA

Try to make factory reset of Sync: under your steering wheel you have a fuse box. You need to pull fuse 32, 33. Start the car and let it run for a bit. Then turn it off an plug the fuses back in. It will reset your audio settings but you’ll be back online.
