My 2012 ford fusion heat only works if I am driving, the faster I drive the hotter it gets and blows out of the vents. What could be the problem?

Hi Jen. Blind Internet diagnosis is difficult...at best.

So that being said...It could be multiple issues. A low coolant level is one of them, but can be easily checked by the vehicle owner. You can begin by checking your coolant level, when the engine is cold. Others, such as a failing thermostat etc, would take a shop/tech to check.

Check the coolant level, top off if necessary, let us know how you make out and good luck.
