I presume you mean the gloss black ones.
On the 2010-2012 models, they're aluminum and snap in.
IIRC, there are at least 2 holes, maybe 3.
Once you get them off they will be bent up, so have your new ones ready to be put on.
I presume they'll be pretty expensive.
There's no way to remove them without replacing them with new ones. They're very thin and held on with adhesive all along one edge. I honestly can't remember but I think there's a screw underneath the weatherseal towards the bottom.
You'll be able to tell with the replacement piece for sure if there's a screw. You can NOT remove your old one until you get the new one.
You're gonna bend the shit out of it trying to remove it. Definitely wear gloves, you don't want to slice your fingers on the edge.
Ford calls it an Applique. They're annoyingly expensive for how easy they are to scratch and dent. Part numbers for 2006-2012 are
