that are flat towing their Fusion behind their motorhome. I have a 2006 I4 Fusion with the manual transmission and would like to tow it behind our class C motorhome, but from talking to someone who does this kind of work, they might have to do some cutting of the front facia to allow access to mounting brackets. Needless to say, I'm not to thrilled about cutting up the front end of my one year old car.

Hmm, why don't you just go buy a cheap trailer and put the Fusion on the trailer.

Hopefully you have a hitch on the back.

The problems with a trailer are:
1) It's somthing else I have to find room for in my driveway/yard
2) It's somthing else that has to be tagged and registered each year.
3) It's another "vehicle" that needs to go through state safety inspection every year.
