It will fit just requires a dash kit to mount the radio in and to fill in the gaps. I believe the D1 will not play regular DVD's for viewing pleasure (its against the law and all) but it is a great, attractive unit. You will also need a wiring harness to feed the signals back into your speakers. Pretty simple job overall.
I've read that the stock Ford navigation unit (found in the Zephyr's) will only work if the Fusion has ABS. Why is that? Also, is ABS required with this Pioneer unit? Thanks
