another fog light insert question.

I know the one guy said to take them out with a screw driver but what is the easiest way possible to take out the inserts. Mine are on the way and I would like to have this figured out before they get here. Oh yeah If anybody is interested in the black inserts please PM me. Very ineterested in selling them if they are ok once I take them out. They are set up for fog lights.

Dude... com'on...
Just take a screw driver or anything plastic (in the sape of a screw driver) and gently crank it out.... it's no big deal... I've take the inserts in and out about 10 times now...
