Trying to decide which size to go with. The 225s are going to be just less than 1 inch shorter than stock. The 245s are just slightly too wide for the stock wheels.

BTW, I'm looking at Hankook R-S2s and those are the closest to stock size I can get.

I'd go with the 245's, as if you would get after market wheels at one point, they'd fit better with 8 inch wheels.

if you are putting them on the stock wheels, the 245's will fit. You will have to run them at a fairly high air pressure to ensure even wear. Your ride quality will suffer a little, but the handling will be much improved.
