Ok so about month and half ago, I was driving into my town and it was raining and I had no center splash guard on my car. It all of sudden slows down and then stalls out with all the safety systems flashing that they aren't working. I had car towed home and let it dry out couple of days reset codes and car was fine. Next cv axel starts making a noise when I turn . So I buy that part, was going to put in the car before New Years, but 2 days ago I had to go to my town again to get grease for cv axel. I pull out of my driveway and car stalls out and all the same sensors light up the dash along with a yellow/orange wrench. I have forscan I was going to scan the car but now it wont even start to idle the motor, figured maybe battery is going bad so I took back to my place and put it on the charger, could this be from the cv axel needing to be replaced ? I am going to go back to the car and try to check all fluids, don't know how I'm going to check the trans fluid cause car wont start. If anyone thinks the info on the Forscan check will help let me know and I will try and post it. There are a grand total of 25 codes showing in the scan. 1 P code on the Transmission Range control module it is P2534:00-AFAZZZZ. 8 B codes and the rest are all U codes. I cannot find the codes by looking online through google and going to a shop is not an option at this point I am broke and cannot afford 165$ an hour through Ford or any other shop right now. I am very capable of almost any kind of repairs but this tech stuff on a car is just a language I don't understand. so if anyone can help with the codes I can do the wrench work. Thanks in advance for any and all help here.

Hi MTLEADER. You don't mention mileage. Is your 2019 Fusion still within the 3 year/36,000 mile New Vehicle Warranty, or the 5 year/60,000 mile Powertrain Warranty? If yes, I would recommend you set up a service appointment with your Ford Dealer to have these issues properly diagnosed and corrected under warranty.

If not, perhaps one of our tech members will jump in and be able to help. In the meantime, posting the codes would not hurt.

Keep us updated and good luck.

OK this is the list from my forscan reading the car would no start and idle at the time. I moved it back to my home today and will do another scan in the morning to see if these codes are all still present on the car . The thing is some of the codes make no scene to me. Like for the head light high beam, they work just fine. I hope this can help with my car thanks guys.

Sorry and my car has a little over 70k on the miles so no warranty for me to use. I really would love to put the car in to Ford to get it looked at, but cannot afford to do so. I have to try and find the issue and fix myself if I can, and if I cant I got no idea.

Hi MTLEADER. Well, I am not a Tech, but if I am reading things correctly, much of that list is not DTC error codes. It is simply a listing of the system going through the "pre-flight check" (for lack of a better term) and stating the "pre-flight check" has detected the vehicle modules and listed them as "OK", as it should.

So in my opinion: I removed what seems to be normal system processes and left the possible DTC codes and warnings listed below (apparent DTC codes are underlined/bolded):

Ok so most of these are about a short to a ground could it be caused from a aftermarket add on like an amp connected to the stock radio? I have looked at almost every inch of wire on the cars harness and cannot find a short. The power for the amp is connected directly to my battery and the ground is under the back seat and the antenna wire is in the fuse box with an adapter to hold 2 fuses none are blown but this is only thing I can think may be causing the electrical issues.

Hi MTLEADER. As I stated, I am not a Tech. My shade-tree mechanic skills would tell me an aftermarket add-on amp wiring issue could be a possibility. However, I would also tend to think there is something deeper than that.

If you can not get any tech help here, you may want to try registering and posting this information over on the Ford Fusion Forum, where there may be a better chance of having someone with some tech experience see your questions.

An update, went and got car battery tested and had one bad cell in it so got a new one for car. Placed it in car and bam no change. Pressed in brake pushed start and short crank and stops wont do anything cept show cluster lights of all the system falters and wont let me reset battery or erase DTC's. So I put battery on my charger and will try again on the marrow. If nothing might take alternator in to get checked next and go head butt the used car guy I bought this from. Nothing but issue after issue with this Gem of a car. I liked driving the rental one me and wife got should have bought that car lol.
