Good morning guys,

I am about to take the passenger seat out of my Titanium. I do not want to have an SRS issue because of the seat airbags. If I disconnect everything with just the car turned off will I have an error light when I put the seat back in? Do I need to disconnect all battery power before I do this? And can I do this by just disconnecting the negative post on the battery in the trunk?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Mike. Definitely disconnect the battery. Yes, you can disconnect the negative terminal.

Good luck.
