You probably won't have much luck with adapters unless the rims have a serious amount of back spacing or are very skinny.

You know what sizes you need to adapt from and to, but they are probably a minimum of 1.5 inches thick, which will push out the wheels 1.5 inches. You might even need to trim the lugs on the car depending on if the hub side of the wheels has holes or is flat.

Yes the adapters are 1.25in thick that im looking at, so the bolts shouldn't need shaved and if they do minimal. The rims are DaVinci 20×8.5. Not sure of back spacing on rims...

Hi Veaudoo and welcome to the Ford Fusion Club. If you want a proper fit, you will need to know the backspacing/offset. You will also need to fit the correct width/sidewall ratio tire, in order to avoid rubbing on the inside/suspension and outside/fender, along with maintaining a proper overall diameter.

Here is a good tire size calculator: Tire Size Calculator - Compare Tire Sizes | Tacoma World

You can find others, if you Google "Tire size calculator".

Let us know who you make out and good luck.
