I have a 2011 Ford Fusion SE 2.5L

I run the stock head unit, with out Navigation, With Sync and with out Sony premium audio.

I would like to know how I got about wiring in 2x more speakers for the deck lid.

Can I just splice them in in the back of head unit @ wiring harness to say the front or back door speakers ?

Would I be better off to get the factory sony amp and harness ?

Any and all help is appreciated 👍

I just want run 2x 6x9 speakers in the trunk lid and have them run off stock head unit.

Hi BING38RT and welcome to the Ford Fusion Club. I would recommend you call Crutchfield and ask them: Crutchfield: Car Stereo and Audio, Speakers, Home Theater, Pro Audio, TVs

They have an extensive database, great customer service and installation experts, and should be able to tell you what you need to accomplish your project. Then you can either purchase from them, or shop around for better prices.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.
