Just got in our first Job #2 Fusion, In my album is pictures of the new antenna (located on the roof by the back window). This car has Sirius so I don't know if its different without that option. Also pictured is the fold flat passenger seat, looks much like Five Hundred except folds by using the recline lever. Next is the Audio input jack located next to the power outlet in the center console. Also in the antenna pic you can see the Dark Amethyst color. In person it doesn't look as purple as it does in the pictures (more Red/Brown), but does look very metallic like the pictures. I really like this color (and I'm not a purple lover)

I would really like to have that audio jack. I wonder if there's anyway a dealer can retro-fit it to an '06. I also wish I had the antenna, my FM reception stinks. Thanks for the pics

Not sure if I like the antenna..... I like the clean looks of having none. Besides I listen to XM anyway so I am not worried about my reception. I do dig that fold flat seat.

Wish I had the seat and the audio jack, but definately glad I have the 06 antenna.

I prefer the "no antenna" look as well, but I get really bad reception- even when in town. If I had the audio jack then my reception wouldn't matter much- I'd be listening to my ipod all the time

You may want to get your antenna checked out - I have zero troubles even in the mountains/valleys in central PA.

AM even works great - better the the Focus.

I didn't like the '07 antenna at first but i've seen other pics of the car with it and now I like it better with it, then not having one.

I HAVE AN '06 ALSO.. AND MY RECETPION IS PERFECT.. I ALSO HATE THE ANTENNA.. IM GLAD THEY DIDNT PUT IT ON THE FRONT FENTER LIKE ON THE 500, THAT LOOKS HELLA CHEEZY..

AS FAR AS THE QUALITY OF THE RADIO.. I THINK FORD NEEDS TO WORK ON THIER STERIO SYSTEMS.. MY COUSIN HAS AN '01 OLDSMOBILE ALERO AND HER SYSTEM SOUNDS HELLA BETTER THEN MINE.. BUT ONE THINGS FOR SURE.. HER CAR DRIVES LIKE A PIECE OF SHIT..

The audiophile stereo in my fusion is the best sounding ford stereo I have ever had. I think the current fusion stereos are manufactured by the same company that makes the GM stereos.

WELL MAYBE ITS JUST THE STANDARD SYSTEMS THATS SHIT.. HOW DOES THE BOSE OR ROCKFORD FOSTGATE SYSTEMS SOUND THAT NISSAN USES?  DOSENT THE MAZDA6 COME WITH A BOSE SYSTEM? I THINK MY BUDDYS 6 HAVE BOSE..

I had a friend with the BOSE in his caddy and I wasn't impressed at all. Corse I have always had big systems in my cars till now. I think I am going to just keep this one stock. I have a system in my t-bird

Did they change the clock in the 07 model? I can't wait until they come up with a better one because mine is some cheap sh**.

I had a nissan with the supposed Rockford Fosgate system. What a joke! Although the system sounded fine, it was NOT an RF system. The head unit was actually made by Clarion, the "sub" was a Rockfort Fosgate and yes, my spelling is correct. The total wattage advertised was found to be all the speakers' power ratings added together and NOT the actual power output of the amps. So what's the moral? Money talks and just because someone puts their name on something does not mean it's quality. RF sold out just like Bose did....
