Hey all, I'm looking into swapping my 06 2.3 out for a newer 2.5 motor I was hoping to talk to someone that had done the swap previously and was able to answer a few questions for me. If you guys have any tips you wish you knew before your 2.5 swap let me know.

The problem with the 2.5 is it has taller intake ports and matching intake that does not have the charge plates and other sensors on it like the older models

I plan on buying an adapter plate I have seen others use from eBay, and then using basically all my 2.3 pulleys and parts and sensors is there anything else I have to switch?

If you not swapped it yet, the 2.3 has another clutch. What you already buy for swap?

I bought the motor, and just reused most of my 2.3 parts including the clutch
