Anyone else out there with more than 15,000 miles? My black SE V6 just turned 15,000 yesterday. Still love the car! Have only had one problem--an oil leak fixed under warranty. Have added tint, chrome exhaust tips, spoiler, and molded splash guards. Still get all kinds of compliments on the car after 8 months. Still not many of them spotted around southeast Kentucky.

Haven't noticed any leak on my V6 at all. Gonna keep an eye on it. I'll be hitting 10,000 miles here very soon.

I've got 16000 in 10 months. TONS of problems in the beginning and not once since then. Only problem now is the tires (16 contis) are beyond shot but I scored me some snow tires for free so I can go until the spring before I buy new ones!

I am on my second Fusion.  My first Fusion I leased October of 2005 for two years.  It was a Black SEL V6 loaded Fusion.  I loved that car so much that my tenth month into my lease I decided to trade it in and purchase another 2006 Fusion SEL V6 loaded, Dark Blue Pearl this time!  By August 2006 I had just under 18,000 miles on my Black Fusion with no real problems to speak of.  I am now at 6500 miles on my new Fusion and no problems to report on this one either.  I drive about 70 miles a day just back and forth to work and enjoy every minute of my commute.  I have started customizing my Blue Fusion with 20 inch five spoke Enkie chrome wheels and a 3d Carbon body kit.  I get so many compliments as I approach my vehicle in parking lots.  Ford has a huge hit with this car!

Fuzed, we need pictures!

I just did my 15,000 oil change, at 15,600. Oops. I have no complaints, at all. I love this thing. Sometimes, I wish first gear would hold a little longer before shifting into second at partial throttle. Going around a turn and then if you want to nail it, you have to wait for second to go to first.. That's my only real complaint.

You only got 16,000 out of a set of Continental tires? That's outrageous. They should be good for at least 40,000, minimum.

I have about 10,000 miles. I am averaging about 23MPG. No problems.

Scape2,

I'm impressed and hoping to eventually have those kinds of mileage numbers. Boz

Just turned 17,000 today. Did a non-accurate measurement of my mileage.

55mph, windows down -- 35mpg
60mph, windows down -- 37mpg
70mph, windows down -- 33.9mpg
55mph, windows up -- 37.2mpg
70mph, windows up -- 34.8mpg

This is from the trip avg mileage over a period of like, 2-3 miles. Just for a guess.
