Just picked the car up a half hour ago. A few minor mods to go along with the Zex kit. I was going to go with ford chip but there's a local shop that does real good work with SVT focus' so i gave him a shot and he delivered.

Stock she put down 191whp, 184wtq
With a 3" Cone, 80MM Maf and SCT tune she put down 223whp, 216wtq
With a 75 Shot she put down 296whp, 359wtq.

Needless to say i'm impressed. Can't wait to see what she does with an uncorked exhaust.

WTF?!?! You've gotta be shi**ing me! I want to see some 0-60 and 1/4 mile times!

Just be careful! That transmission wasn't designed for that much torque...won't say how I know.

You gained 73HP with a 75 shot. Its funny how close those numbers can be!
Do you guys have autos or manuals? That stock dyno is higher than I would expect for a manual, let alone an auto.

I have to say, that TQ number seems wrong. What kind of dyno is this?

Hey, I'm an old guy, from the days of hp being made by four barrel carbs and headers...

so are you saying you hooked up a nitro oxide canister and are using that to temporarily boost hp?

What permanent upgrades did you make, and how does that affect mileage, reliability, etc?

Have the I-4 Manual, and it runs great, plenty of torque, and a great everyday driver....but the turbo punch of the Passat is kind oif fun...so I'd be interested in hearing about some hp tweaks for the I-4

Are you runing a wet or dry shot?

Well Ill belive that, A good tune is the main key to releasing power and torque.

Ive see a 75 shot add 80-85hp on a Civic.

So its all about your set up and tune.

So power to you if you pulled those numbers

I just realised this thread is three yrs old. I'd love to question why someone would want that much power in a fusion? All I can think is torque steer. For work I was in a 2008 Cadillac DTS for a week and that thing is 300 hp and FWD. If your in the right lane and floor it..your suddenly in the left lane.

lol, that's probably why he got another car(as someone mentioned above).I have a little over 200whp in my Zephyr right now and just that amount of power causes lots of issues on the street with traction and tugging at the wheel.I personally don't think I could(or would want to) deal with anything over 250 whp in a fwd street car.
