Default Removing 2011 Ford Fusion Fender

I'm trying to remove the passenger side fender off my 2011 Fusion SEL and it seems like its welded or pinned on to the frame near the door hinges? I swear every bolt is off and this thing won't budge from the bottom and looks like its welded on. Someone please shed some light on this, pulling hair out! Thanks in advance for the help!

there is always a bolt in the fender accesed thru the door. you will have to open the door and look in between the door and fender. hope that makes sense. you will have to look in from inside the car. thru the door where the door wire boot is.

Yeah I got the bolt by the door, but there seems to be a hinge connecting the fender to the frame, I'll try to get a picture. The top part is loose but the bottom part doesn't budge.
