I'm getting ready to intall a set rear brake pads. Do the rear caliper's pistons just get pushed in with a C-clamp (like the fronts) or is there a special brake tool needed to turn them in?

Hi Cos....I've done this twice in the past 3 years (http://www.fordfusionclub.com/index.php?topic=77591.msg1412797#msg1412797)...I simply used a pair of needle nose pliers to rotate it clockwise back into the caliper (the puck has a indented '+'...12&6 0r 3&9 & twist)...squirt alittle WD40 around were the rubber seal contacts the puck so the puck rotates freely & won't damage the seal...also....make sure that the '+' is in the 12-6 position so that the 'stubs' on the inboard pad will align in the slot when you install the new pads...hope this helps...& saves sum $ ;-)
