It is a recommended size on the Discount Tire Direct site. That means they will fit if you use the correct wheel. 19" x 8" with 30mm to 40mm offset seem to be popular

The offset may be stamped on the back of the rim somewhere.  The Camry's use a similar offset, so you should be OK.

It depends on the width of the wheel.  Use this to figure out how much different wheels will stick out from each other (http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp).  My wheels are 18x8 with a +35 offset, and I wish they stuck out just a little bit more, so a 30 offset would be like perfect.  With an 8.5 inch wide wheel, you may only need a +35 to be flush.  Here is a picture with my wheel fitment.

Only suggestion is for you to just test fit the wheels.  If they are really close to anything  on the suspension you can always get 1/8" spacers  if need be but you will also have to get the correct hubcentric rings.  I am sure the camry's hub is a different size.  i  usually find the oem wheel that is closest to the nearest suspension part and test fit that wheel.  its worth the 15 min to not have $300 paper weights.

Yes they will work if 2 other things are verified: Are they 8" wide wheels and is the center bore is at least 67.1mm. You should install hub centric rings if the center bore on the wheels is bigger than 67.1mm.

I don't think they're going to work man. The center bore on a Camry is 60.1mm

Edit: I just noticed you posted the center bore already. My bad. That's what I get for not reading everything.  :bash:

If everything is under control, you're not going fast enough.
