More comfortable than my milan thats for sure. The seat hugs you. The baby fits perfect. My wife, baby and i all fit fine, nobody could really sit behind me other than a child. We have the rav 4 though for long trips and such. You can also roast tires with extreme ease.
What is wrong with (most) women and not seeing the practicality of a hatch? Mine has the same comments, yet she cannot even reach into the trunk if something slides forward... LOL
I know what you mean. I want a hatch. i like the availability of the hatch too, and looks. but for some reason my wife doesnt like them, and she doesnt like gps either... she never tells me why she doesnt like them, so idk :dunno:

They do not like GPS, as someone is telling them what to do

Both of there made me laugh
what did you have to go through to get the GTI what did she say?
It raised my car payment by like 8 bucks a month but reduced the terms. She bugged that we cant afford more monthly expenses right now, etc. She knew how much i hated the milan too. We bickered for a week and i just went and got it. Now shes happy i did so it worked out. Its fun getting compliments on your car everywhere you go. The milan was invisible to everyone but me. I think that car looked great.

I've decided to not even go test drives cars as I had planned, LOL. I just can't justify it to myself or the wife.
I was going to test drive the new Charger, Chrysler 200, a CT200h, CTS and G25 sedan, to pick a few out of a long list.

It's a Lexus and it's a hatch. Win/win in my book
I either want more power or good handling. Right now I have neither. Good gas mileage would just be a bonus. I think I'll wait until next year no matter what I do. Then I'll see how my new commute is and decide what my priorities really are, be it luxury, handling or power.
Yea, im not going to make any moves until next year. My i will be starting a new job next year and based on the commute what to get. I want a new car so bad but i cant justify the cost of 1. not fair to wife or baby at the moment.
Right there with ya! I may even super cheap out and wait around for the turbo Chevy Spark Sonic. By that time I can probably trade my Outback in for a new one with no cash out of pocket.
This is why I go through so many cars. Every brand and type of car has something that appeals to me.

You guys trying to make me feel guilty for getting a car when I just had a baby? I was just too unhappy with the milan and it made my life suck.
[/quote]
If I still had my Milan, I'd be trading it, too. Baby or not....

Eww Dodge/Chrysler! I drove a Charger last year, and I hated it. It felt like I was driving a freaking aircraft carrier. I found the visibility was appalling too. My wife's sister's ex has a Sebring. I think its a 2008. Outside it looks nice, but when I got in to it, everything looked too plastic-y. I know that there are a lot of plastics used in cars, but this Sebring was just way too obvious. Felt really cheap.

Too bad you can't take the parts that you like from each car and build a franken-car!
