Radio Aux Input

Hey guys, I notice my stock radio has an aux button, I was wondering if anyone knows of an adapter or something to plug into the radio so I can play my phone and mp3 player through the radio?

Re: Radio Aux Input

Check my wiring diagrams thread. You may be able to add it in.

Re: Radio Aux Input

Ah yes, same problem I had then.

You can order adapters that plug into the back of the radio and will allow you to use your phone though. I think I bought mine from www.installer.com

Do you remember what adapter you bought? If the one I need is over 50 bucks I might as well get an aftermarket radio.

Re: Radio Aux Input

Mine was 149$. I wanted to retain the factory stereo since it already had built in navigation.

Re: Radio Aux Input

?

The radio harness for you to hook up an aftermarket headunit is going to cost you 100-150$ anyways.
