I will be in the market for a Fusion, this time next year, I'm looking for my best option in one. With that being said, I've havent found to many people with power additives. Looking to do a turbo setup, not sure which engine yet, I think the trans will the deciding factor. The max boost will be about 10 to 15, but most of the time will be around 6 to for daily driving.
How much will the stock trans hold?
What about fuel pump upgrades, can we use the focus pumps, like the mustangs do?
Does anyone know if Hp has tuning for the Fusions?

Thanks.

As far as I know no one has done any FI on a fusion other the. NPG performance, they turbo'd a 3L if I remember right.

Trans in the Sport models holds 350ft/lbs I couldn't find a HP rating.

cd3performance carries most of the aftermarket stuff for our cars. No turbo/ supercharge kits. You will have to go custom and you'll be the first to our knowlage.

There is lots of turbo 3L Duratec in the non VVT 3L's which is mostly done by the Cougar/Contour guys. Nothing for the 3.5L other then fords ecoboost and I haven't heard of anything for the 4cyl other then Focus guys.

Since no one has done any FI or big power adders no one has had the need to upgrade their fuel pumps or anything.

I don't think Hp has tuned any Fusions to my knowlage, I've heard of guys using Steeda, NPG, and unleashed but most guys now are going with Tuning by James.
