After i start the car and start driving it jerks into gear once. It wont do it again untill tomorrow morning. I have searched and I believe it is called flare. I found the tsb 11-11-23 I think that is it. My car has the 5yr 60k power train warranty. It is a 2010 I am the second owner. Are they going to try to charge me to look at it?
The newest TSB is 12-6-12 and it is a transmission reprogram (this is for the 3.0 and 2.5 with the 6F35 transmission, not the 3.5 with the Aisin). No, if your car's in the warranty period, they won't charge you. I just had this done on Tuesday and they were really cool about it. I have yet to get past the relearn phase, but so far so good. As publichair said, some have had success by just running premium fuel because it's related to the computer programming. I have yet to try this myself.
Update: Reprogram did not help mine. Ran premium fuel for a few tanks and it was slightly less noticeable, but the issue was still there. When the warranty runs out I might get a tune or maybe sell it and get the 2.5 manual. Can't stand this transmission.

Negative. The vehicle does NOT need to be under warranty for the throttle body update.
The throttle body replacement is covered under extended 150k warranty
