Re: Regional Coordinators / Moderators Needed
As Lou mentioned and as you were saying Dan... about it being a pilot program... I'd be interested in being "Pennsylvania Coordinator". Living in the capital of PA, I think I could take on the task. I may not have the knowledge or expertise on Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, as they are the two largest cities in the state and I'm not that familiar with them, but I think I could handle things in between. Think of it as me working with the NE Regional Coordinator as a team, or "sub-coordinator". The only thing I'd need to really work on would be the part about: "This could include talking to aftermarket companies and dealerships, among other items." I'm not familiar with aftermarket companies in my area, but I'd be willing to do research and also I know of at least 5 mazda dealers within 30-40 miles of my location, 2 of which are within minutes driving of me (1 being my dealer). I would love to coordinate meets in the PA area, our PA thread is growing, and in the past week we've had more people showing up from other parts of the state like State College, etc. It'd be interesting to recruite and get the word out, I don't think there's that many PA people on the forum, so it'd be cool to get things stirred up in the midstate and beyond.
Just something to ponder, and think about as you work on this pilot program. Let me know.
