Everybody is doing their taxes lol.

I wish I knew that these would work with my new wheels.

Unless you're going extremely large, it shouldn't be an issue. In reality, lowering springs (ones made for the purpose, that is, not like cut stock springs) do not result in your car's minimum height being any lower - it just more often reaches that minimum height. They do this by being considerably stiffer than stock springs.

Ok that answers my main concern...the other is, how much is an install going to cost? I mean, putting in the springs AND getting the alignment?

I never had an alignment done with mine. Some people aren't as lucky.

Installation on springs (if you don't do it yourself) is generally ~$100.

Never had an alignment? If you drop a Mazda 3 it is pretty much required isn't it?

Doesn't matter if the car is dropped or not... anytime you tinker with the suspension, it's recommended to get an alignment.

Yeah, recommended definitely, to be sure. But that doesn't mean it's necessarily necessary. You really have to drive the car after dropping it and see how it is.
